Internet Explorer – Drop Down of the Login/Register

We have a issue filed by our existing customer on the login/register dropdown from the first page.

We tried to replicate it on your site – woodmart.xtemos.com and it is the same behaviour. Can I check if you on this?

It is only on IE browser. All other browser works fine. (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, even Edge)

When you hover on the login/register link on the header menu, the login form will dropdown. On IE we have issue to enter the username/password for the form, it would not appear and sometimes when we scroll down (while still within the form) the forms goes away.

You need to switch the Login/Register form from the drop-down to sidebar.

Navigate to Woodmart > Head builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Set “Sidebar” for Account element: http://prntscr.com/kly80g

For the sidebar, it is a known issue with IE? or you have a fix at that?

Yes, it is a known issue in almost all browser and there is no way to fix it. That is why we developed a new type with sidebar and our dropdown is deprecated now.
