Invalid product counter in filter attributes

    A filter was installed in the sidebar of the store on the right. At first, the counter of goods attributes showed everything correctly. but, I had to completely remove all the goods, and fill them again. after which, the counter, for some attributes (not all!) began to show a double count. at the same time, in the Attributes settings all the values are correct! (see screenshots). flushing the cache does not help. How to fix it?

    this change occurred after a complete manual removal of the products and import through the plugin allimport

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached . Please deactivate all the third party plugins and activate parent theme, clear the cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and tell me I will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

    The problem was solved through the complete removal of attributes.
    incidentally a question.
    my pop-up ad window is white. why is that so?

    We are Glad that you resolved the issue by yourself. You are great!!.

    I saw the screenshot you attached. To Populate the promo popup area you need to create an HTML Block from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.

    Then you need to add the ShortCode of the HTML Block to the Promo Pop up from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Pop up.

    If you want to use image or color as the Promo Pop up Background. Then you need to scroll down and set Pop Up Background as well.
