Is It Possible To Add Announcement Bar Above Top Bar?

    Hello,

    I’d like to add an announcement bar at the very top of my page, above the top bar within the header.

    Is this possible at all?

    Yes, that is possible. Please enable the Header banner in the Theme Settings > General > Header banner and insert the content you wish to show.
