Is it possible to disable the add to cart on the shop grid only

Hi I have looked through all of the settings and can’t seem to find if it’s possible to disable the add to cart on the shop grid for single products? I see that if a product is a variable product it will say “select options” but for the single products without variations it allows you to add to cart directly from the shop page without having to go to the product page. Is it possible to disable that so someone has to click on the product page before adding to cart? I have already tried disabling the quick view and all of that but it does not disable the add to cart on shop page.

Navigate to Theme Settings -> Settings preset -> create a preset with such a condition – https://prnt.sc/0vNo2vN4SBGk then in its settings enable the Catalog mode – https://prnt.sc/3lOAWo_CWi39 so in such a way you will have add to cart button only in the product page itself.
