Issue and Questions

Hello Team,

1. When I use “stretch selection” there is a space of 1-2 pixels between the browser and the banner. (attachment: Issue1)
2. How do I edit the shop page? May I embed shop filter with shortcodes to another pages?
3. May I make precontent and aftercontent sections for categories and shop page?(check:Issue2)
I need to add different pre and post sections for each category.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I have deactivated and still ı have same problem. (the line still there and sticky menu is not working )

It is not possible to make one full-width page only.

You will have to set the full width for the whole site https://prnt.sc/12migk0

Then use the Stretch option in the Xtemos tab.

The shopping page is not editable, it is a functional page. We do not recommend to add any content there.

You can add custom content by means of the filter area to the shop page, create HTML block with the content and

1. Enable Top filters in the Theme Settings > Shop > Shop filters https://gyazo.com/3564df2a5d658a0010b6c0ebd0b537d4

2. Enable Shop filters area always opened

3. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content

4. You can choose the HTML block with the content from the Shop filters custom content drop-down.
