Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

IIt’s the first time I have this issue with a theme installation.

Could you please clarify what PHP version you have on your website? Note that you need to have PHP 7.4-8+ for our theme. According to the error log you have an outdated version installed.

From wich file do you get that screenshot?
Yes, it seems to be updated now. Please, check if you still see the error on your website.
