Issue with Basel Theme

Hi,

I’ve activated the theme and installed Woocommerce plugin as well as WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

So, here are the issues, I’m facing
1. When I’m at home page and click “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” nothing shows up. It shows shows big WPBakery logo, thats it.

2. When I goto Single Product and click Add to Cart, it spins and tries to add the product but then it shows message “No Products in the Cart”

If I change the theme to basic WP theme then it works fine.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I have Contact Form, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder and WooCommerce plugins installed.

I deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and still doesnt work.
