I am writing to report an issue I encountered with the layout of the checkout form. I have designed a custom layout using Elementor, but when I view it on the actual page, it does not display as expected.

    Hello,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

I have checked your site and did not find any issue in the checkout form, can you please mark the difference on the screenshot which fields or sections is missing on the frontend?

In Capture.PNG, the fields are in the correct order (tara, judet, municipiu, adresa) and in Problem.PNG, the fields are in another order (tara, adresa, municipiu, judet). I want the fields as in Capture.PNG.

    Hello,

I have deactivated the 3rd party plugins from the site now the form is showing the same fields on the backend and frontend. You can match the fields now, at this time, the 3rd party plugins are disabled.

Please check it now and activate the plugins one by one and check which plugin has created the issue for you.
