Issue with Compare Button Not Working Properly on Woodmart Theme

    Hi, I’m currently using the Woodmart Theme and have encountered an issue where the “Compare” button sometimes it doesn’t work, preventing access to the Compare page via the Compare icon.

    Specifically, the problem is that clicking the Compare button occasionally redirects me to a product page instead of the Compare page. This doesn’t happen every time, but it does occur intermittently. Even after I fix the issue and the button works correctly, it sometimes reverts back to the same problem again.

    I’m also using the WPML plugin to make the website multilingual (2 languages).

    Has anyone experienced this issue or has any suggestions for a long-term fix?

    Thank you for the suggestion. I’ve followed the steps you recommended from the most recent ticket I submitted. However, after checking again, it seems that the Compare page configuration has disappeared, as shown in the screenshot I attached.

    What would be the recommended next step to this issue?

    Either define that page again or create a new one with the shortcode that is mentioned in the description – https://prnt.sc/lEfRtmPEjrkK then define that page and recheck the issue.

    The problem I found is that sometimes the compare button that I circled, when pressed, will not go to the comparison page.

    I tried checking from the settings in the back-end system, in the theme settings section, in the compare menu, in the box that allows you to select the comparison page, the settings are gone.

    So I have to keep entering information here.
    The last time I checked, it seemed to be gone again.

    How to fix it?

    Theme Settings save only in the main language, such happens when you save settings in another language.
