Issue with design

Dear developers,

I had purchased in October the Basel theme. It has a very good design and worked very well.
But now i do have some problems.

The design gets broken sometimes. This happens randomly. I don’t know what the issue is. It would be great if someone could help me with it.

Woocommerce version: 3.5.2
Did not update to wordpress 5.0

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

Such kind of problems usually appears because of some external plugins that cache/minify your website CSS files and don’t load them correctly. Or if you have some problems with CDN or your own server availability.

How can we figure out which plugin is causing this problem?

Do i need to send you login details or?

Hello,

Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one checking the issue to discover which one causes the problem.
