Issue with Displaying Checkout and Cart Pages in the Vegetables Theme

I’m experiencing an issue with the Vegetables pre-installed theme. The theme includes Checkout and Cart pages, which are also set up in the WooCommerce settings. However, the site displays the default WooCommerce pages instead of the ones I configured.

For example:
I edited the Checkout page and added a paragraph with the text “This is the CHECKOUT page” to verify if it would display correctly. I then set this page as Checkout in the WooCommerce settings. But when I navigate to the checkout process, this text does not appear. Instead, the default WooCommerce page is shown.

I’ve noticed the same issue on your theme’s demo version:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/vegetables/checkout/

I need to use the pages I’ve created and edited, not the ones overridden by WooCommerce. How can I resolve this issue?

It turns out that the edits need to be made through Layouts, not directly on the page.
