SiteParticipantHi,
The Mobile Version functionality for the home page of the site does not work correctly. By associating an HTML block from the drop-down menu, the desktop page is always shown also on mobile device. How can we solve it?
Thank you very much and have a good evening,June 22, 2024 at 11:13 am #574629
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your “Home Mobile HTML Block”. Your HTML Block content is the same with the Home Page. Try to add the content in the HTML Block and check how it works.
Best Regards.

SiteParticipantHi, thank yoiu for your answer.
The content is different. Little but important adaptive change for mobile. The problem that occurs is this: the system does not correctly read the device in use and simply shows, both on desktop and mobile, the last file modified between the HTML block (used for the mobile version) and the page.
I attached some screenshots that show you the differences and the problems.
Check again please. What can I do?
Thank you for your helpAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This is your HTML Block in the backend area.
https://ibb.co/GxZWVX0Here you can see on the mobile device.
https://ibb.co/cF1DRpmTry adding an additional heading within the HTML Block and verify that the HTML block content is being displayed correctly.
Best Regards.

SiteParticipantHi,
please pay attention to the two blocks, as mentioned they are similar but not the same. One element is the title in the HTML block is centered and the background image also has different aspect ratio. In your screenshot of the mobile view you can see how the title is on the left and the image has different aspect ratios.
Please check better and help me solve the problem which I have already reported to you in detail previously.
Thank you very much and have a nice day,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This is purely the cache issue on the site. I have checked the site, the HTML block is showing fine on the mobile while I am logged in the site when I check the site in the Incgnito mode the Mobile HTML block is not working so it means there is an issue of the cache from the server or site. Please remove all sorts of cache from the site and server then disable the cache plugins and check back the site.
See the difference, I have added the 1 in the title of the mobile HTML block and it is showing fine on mobile when I am logged in to the site: https://ibb.co/CsThYq0
When I logged out and then checked the site the desktop version loaded on the mobile as well: https://ibb.co/BLFK1zf
So it means this is the cache issue.
Best Regards.
