Issue with Promo Banners on small screens

When viewing on tablets the Promo Banner images are enlarged beyond their upload size, causing them to distort. How do I force the Promo Banner images to NOT enlarge beyond their set size.? For example, I’m using 250×250 images and want them to appear no larger than 250×250.

We just viewed your web-site from tablet and don’t see the problem you are writing about. Are you able to provide us with some screenshots? Actually, images you use for banners shouldn’t be enlarged in any situation and always will have 250×250 maximum size.
