Issue with Promo Pop up

My promo pop up looks wrong though I’v copied it from your html (code found here in the forum).
Can you help to make it look like on your demo?
I copy you the html code in the private section.

One more question how can I translate the promo pop up to display in the proper language when changing the language on the website? It’s now in french, but I would need it to pop up in english (when in english set up) and in german (when german set up) too.
Any idea?

HI, yes I did but it continues to display the french pop up even if I’m on the german or english pages.. any idea.

So, it means that something wrong with WPML plugin since the option is recognized by the system and is translated. Try to contact plugins developers for help.
