Issue with redirects and social logins

Hi there, we use your Social Login with Facebook and Google since the beginning on both our web sites. In one we use Basel and in another one Woodmart. The Pingdom Tools shows to us that only with Basel there are two 302 caused by the social login. Can I ask you why? Thanks.
