Issue with slider not loaded properly in mobile view

I made sliders , and do all settings and also make responsive . But when i open the url in mobile ,sliders are not working properly…too much delayed ,not loaded …I already removed chache, uninstall the every other plugin but no vail…guide me best

Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back. Also, send me access to the admin panel.
