Issue with the mini cart

Hello,
When I add a product and appear in the mini cart and then go to another category and press the icon in the header, the sidebar appears and the products are not there nor saying that the cart has no products and to go to the shop page.
However, when I go to bgm.bg/cart, the added products are in the cart. The issue is only with the mini cart widget.

I have disabled all caching and optimization plugins but this didn’t fix it.

Just to add something:

When I add other products the mini cart appears again with all the products that I have added previously but once I change the page it still shows empty and without the redirect button to the shop page, even so we see the correct amount next to the cart in the header.
