Issue with the plugin WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches

Hi,
Im using the plugin WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches by VillaTheme.
There is an issue with it, as the variation are showing twice. I also noticed it makes the whole dashboard move really slow.
You can see this on the link I attached in the private content area.
How do I fix it, please?

Sorry, but we haven’t tested our theme with this plugin and could not ensure its compatibility.
We could not help with the issues from third party plugins. This is beyond our limitations and support policy.

Hi,
I just saw your update and noticed you added variation swatches options. I guess this is why it happened.
However, I disabled the plugin I mentioned earlier and started using your feature for the variation.
Almost everything is working well, but there is some issue with some attributes.
Please check the link I attached in private to see the way the first variant is showing (it has a dropdown menu instead of regular buttons like other variations).
Why is that and how do we fix it?
