Issue with titles and subtitles

Hi,
on some last iPhone modelds(i.e. 11) I see the issue with titles and subtitles. Sometimes they are not visiable at all. Would you analyse and fix it?
I am attaching a video and some screens made through browser validator, since on desctop in valitor the problem doesnt persist.

p.s. all plugins, excluding Woo, have been deactivated, still the same issue.

it is not because of animation, the problem because of gradient, path: title color – gradient.
Do you plan to take down the feature from the theme at all or you will fix it?
