Issues on site

Hello guys,

First of all thank you for that great theme!
I have a few issues I need your help with :

1) How can I choose a specific product order in each category? For instance, in the link below, I want the models “Transcend” and “Breakaway” to be on the top of the list :
http://www.jizo-bags.com/categorie-produit/valises-rigides-tailles-moyenne/

2) How can I remove the term “UGS” present in the products pages from all of them?
exemple : http://www.jizo-bags.com/produit/breakaway-medium/

3) When we choose to change the color on a product’s page, how can we make it that all the products images matches the chosen color?
As in the exemple website below, when we switch the color of the product, all the images of the chosen color appears :
http://www.delsey.com/fr/fr/p/segur-tr-4dr-70-00203882002.html
I want the same thing with my produts.

1. You can configure “Order by” in Product grid element as shown: http://prntscr.com/jfm485

2. “UGS” please translate to English

3. Configuring a variable product the main image changes on click. Unfortunately, there is no option to configure changing images as per the sample.
