I have noticed that a lot of the icons have been removed across my site and dashboard and replaced with a generic square shape.
How can i resolve this please

Please check Dashboard > Settings > General > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there.

I have spoken with my host and they are saying its not an issue they can resolve.
For some reason there is no wp-content folder for that website and this is wht might be cuasing the issue. Please advise

Please check Dashboard > Settings > General > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there. Please contact your host support and ask them to configure SSL certificate properly.

I’ve contacted my host support and they said the SSL certificate is correct and said i need to contact you to fix the issue.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Elise NoromitMemberP.S. If you test the site on any other default theme, twenty-forty or else you would see the same problem and get convinced that our theme does not cause or influence the problem.
