It seems that this purchase code is already activated. You can deactivate it ..?

Hello,
I had to completely reinstall my WordPress site, so I also reinstalled Woomart, which I purchased via https://themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/20264492.

But now my purchase code is already activated, and I can’t activate it again. On the website https://xtemos.com/my-account/subscriptions/, there’s no record that I’ve already entered it?

What can I do now?

ich musste meine WordPress Installation nochmal komplett neu machen, deshalb hab ich auch Woomart nochmal neu installiert, was ich über https://themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/20264492 erworben habe.

Jetzt ist aber mein purchase code schon aktiviert und ich kann es nicht nochmal. Auf der Webseite von https://xtemos.com/my-account/subscriptions/ ist nix vorhanden, das ich diesen schon eingetragen habe?

Was kann ich nun tun?

“It looks like this purchase code has already been activated”.

– One license can be used on 1 live domain plus 1 development (staging) domain.

– Please log in to xtemos.com/my-account, open Your purchase codes, find the code, and click Deactivate next to any old or unused domain.

– Then on your site go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and activate again. If this is a staging site, enable the Development Domain option during activation.

01. Log in to your account: Navigate to the XTemos website and navigate to your account dashboard.xtemos.com/my-account

02. Locate “Your purchase codes”: Find the section listing your active domains.

03. Deactivate the old domain: Click the “Deactivate” button next to the domain you want to remove.

04. Activate in WordPress: In your new WordPress installation, navigate to WoodMart > Theme License to enter the code again.
