Madoo WebdesignParticipantHi!
On our webshop nagellak.nl items are being displayed “under” the header when people enter the site for the first time (or again, after a while) on mobile. When refreshing the page, it’s all good.
What can be done to resolve this?
Looking forward to your reply.Kindest regards,
Amanda- This topic was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Madoo Webdesign.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerceIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

Madoo WebdesignParticipantHi Luke,
Sorry for not getting back sooner. I have done the test, I have seen no changes in the behaviour of the element while the plugins were off.
Is there anything you can do?
Kindest regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,

Madoo WebdesignParticipantHi Luke,
That’s the thing… Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t. usually when you refresh the page, the first item is underneath the header.
Could you retry?
Kindest regards,
AmandaSeptember 18, 2023 at 9:12 am #496849
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I apologize for the delay.
Ok, I see. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

Madoo WebdesignParticipantHello,
I create a staging, so you can testing everything and you can disable plugins and activated another theme.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the delay.
On the staging site, I cannot reproduce the issue. Did you try to check it there?
Most likely the issue in the “Optimize CSS delivery” option in WP Rocket -> Settings -> File optimization. So please disable it and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards
