Keep products aligned on product archive page with GRID

How can we keep the product aligned for each row on the product archive page when using GRID, we don’t want product to be all over the place, it should be lined up

See image below, the top row is aligned, but the 2nd row is messed up, i added red line to make it obvious

Turns out i wasnt using the correct product style. Now fixed. What about changing the product title font size on the archive page? i tried this but no changes
