label on product has automatic changed

hello team
since buying this theme I am really disappointed some functions of this theme automatic changed and I am lossing my customer every movement, now the percentage label of the product has changed automatically from circular to a rectangle and when I am trying to change it couldn’t work
I had tried 7 times in a day

It’s not possible that the theme functions automatically changes even if you did not change anything. Someone must change the options from your theme.

You can change the percentage label from rectangle to circle from Theme Options >> Shop >> PRODUCT LABELS >> Label shape.
