I saw the screenshot you attached.
It seems you are not using the correct path to translate. Your path will be Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart
Then click the sync button first and then try to find the string and translate.
If you are still unable then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
