Language and Time Out Limits

    Hello!
    I purchased and installed the Woodmart theme from https://themeforest.net/ yesterday. Two problems have arisen:
    1. I installed the translation package in German, but some words aren’t being translated. The translations in woodmart-de.po are correct, but they aren’t being adopted! (See image)
    2. I wanted to install finished websites, but it stopped at 80% with the error message “Increase my timeout limit to 300 seconds.” (See image). My timeout limit is 480 seconds! (See image)
    Please help!

    1. Regarding the translation issue, please ensure all necessary plugins are up to date. Sometimes, clearing the cache can assist in adopting translations properly. If the problem persists, try disabling other plugins and see if the translations reflect correctly. This can help identify any potential conflicts.

    2. For the timeout limit error during the installation of finished websites, despite setting it to 480 seconds, please check the server settings to ensure the change was effectively applied. If the issue continues, temporarily deactivating non-essential plugins might help.

    I’ve deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache, checked the translation in the theme, and checked it with Notepad, but the translation isn’t complete.

    I installed the Loco Translate plugin and followed the instructions, but the translation isn’t working – everything remains in English. The shopping cart sidebar isn’t displaying correctly either! I’ve tested different browsers, cleared the cache, and deactivated plugins -> no change. Is everything displaying correctly for you?

    Hello,

    The translation file is named as de but your language code set in WordPress settings is de_DE so you ned to rename the file to make it work https://gyazo.com/ad6c19a5070ee5976567883d2e3b06c4

    The shopping cart widget is replaced by some of the installed plugins. Probably, you have enabled shopping cart widget in the Elementor PRO addons.

    Unfortunately, my problem with the shopping cart sidebar hasn’t been resolved. It worked for a short time (about an hour). I deactivated ALL plugins = no success! Activated in turn = no success -> Cleared cache = no success -> Cleared browser cache = no success -> Tried another browser = no success -> Tried another PC = no success -> Deactivated all shopping cart settings (Elementor…). The shopping cart sidebar isn’t working!
    Could you test again? You do have access.

    We have deactivated a few plugins that may affect the shopping cart widget. Please open your website in incognito window in the browser and test how it works now.

    I opened incognito mode and tested it. The shopping cart is displayed differently depending on the PC and browser. Which plugin did you deactivate? Element Pack Pro? It works sometimes, but then it doesn’t.

    It always works correctly when these plugins are turned off. You need to disable custom widgets in plugin’s settings or disable the plugin itself. Contact its developer for help.
