language problem

I have problem with the translate

my site is in Arabic language every thing in Arabic and i translate the site using the loco translate plugin , the problem is that when i add some of the product libraries

In the main tab, the speech is in Arabic, but when i move to the other tab, the speech becomes in English, why? so only the main tap is on Arabic

and this problem occur in any multiple tap libraries
