layout of product categories not working well

hi please help, as the attached photos, the categories layout, i configured it well with WPBAKERY page builder, the preview is ok, and i saved the configuration, but in my website, it is not showing the same as in WPBAKERY page builder.

You need to set the Masonry grid in the Product Category element. Then check the image size used for this grid and upload images of the same size.
