Layout translation stuck “in progress” even when 100% complete (WPML)

    Hi, I would really appreciate some help with this.

    My product layout translations are stuck “in progress” and as a result are not visible in the secodary language on the site.
    I can see them in the secondary language as admin, but when I click view or edit with Elementor I get fatal error.
    Please find attached screenshot.
    I applied the patch # 392035 but it did not have any effect

    On the site (see private content below) all plugins except WPML, WC and woodmart are disabled.

    (Note there are some network active plugins like “Better search replace” and “Query Monitor” but these are unrelated to the issue)

    Hello,

    It looks like something is wrong with WPML. When we test this on our side it works correctly. Please, contact WPML support for help and let us know if there is anything that we can do from our side.

    I provided FTP access below

    Here is again an overview of the issue:

    – I cannot use layout on multilingual site…
    – when I create a layout and set conditions, it does not appear on secondary language.
    – When I translate layout, the translations are stuck at 100% and additionally cause fatal error when clicking on “edit with elementor”
    – when I set layout to “COPY” in multilingual content setup, I get ” Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response”

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 397573. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it doesn’t work for you.

    Could you please remove the screenshot link from your reply #397264 as it shows some of my FTP details publicly.

    I got it to work thanks to the patch. So it looks like the issue is solved. If I have any more issues I’ll contact support.
