LETTER TAG DOES NOT WORK

Hello,

Mostly, when try to change the tag for example h4 to h3, it does not work. you can see the example in this SS (pic1)

Is it theme’s error or is it about some configurations that i dont know? i want to change exactly the one spesific element like in SS. How can i fix that?

Hello,

Edit page with Elementor -> Edit information box -> in the content tab you can change the heading as per your need.
