License code installation for multiple sites

its necessary to put license code in theme in which we are working if i will not enter the license then its fine too?
and if i use this theme for one site, can we use this theme too in my second site without purchasing the theme 2nd time.

One regular license allows you to use our theme on one single project. If you want to use it for multiple websites, you have to purchase one license per project.
