We’ve been adding products to our site for the last 5 months in preparation for launch. I just renewed our Basel license, but I can’t see the Term anywhere!!! I wanted to purchase a 1 year license, but all I can see is that my support is only valid for 6 months.January 23, 2019 at 9:47 pm #103752
Also, I’ve purchased a new Basel license, but it seems as though the Basel theme has not been updated or re-activated (as our website is completely blank).

Am I missing something? Do I still need to import the Basel ZIP file?

You can update your license on your account page on our website.
As for the problem with your website, please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it.

Although I’m still confused about our Basel license.
When I paid for our Basel license renewal yesterday, I tried to purchase a 1 year license. However, it was very confusing.
I couldn’t see any comments or information about a “1 Year Term”.
Then after I made the purchase, it only says that we have “Support for 6 months”, but it doesn’t say how long our Basel license will last…
I’ve looked everywhere in my account on the XTEMOS website, and also on the ThemeForest website, but I still can’t see how long our Basel license will last.
Can you please look in my account and tell me how long our Basel license is for? Is it 1 year?
I tried to purchase a 1 year term, but it doesn’t tell me.

Have you updated all your purchase codes in your account on our website as we suggested? You can see the expiration date there as well.
