Limited Fonts option

Hu I’m running Mars theme and on typography it doesn’t let me change the font. When I select the dropdown it only shows 1 font (lato). it. doesn’t let me choose not even the secondary font (cabin)

On the main menu, it changes (on hover) between these two fonts. it’s really annoying as I can’t control “on hover” settings
