Link Ask a Question in Pop Up to email

How do I link the Ask a Question to an email service so that I can get an email from visitors filling out the form.

There is no issue from the contact form email settings. The email should sent to the admin email as you have set it in the contact form: https://ibb.co/X5PNk2F

If you will receive the email then please contact the server support or check the issue with the WP default theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

It’s not working for me. Would you mind setting it up so that the email goes to [email protected]. I also want to capture the sender’s email address. Is the at the To field? If so, can you please set it up?

As you know this is not the theme issue.
