caiohg123ParticipantOlá,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your problem is not clear enough. If you want to assign a link to a FAQ element you can do it in this way only http://prntscr.com/lxjb08
Best regards

caiohg123ParticipantHello,
I need a link so I can direct the customer to a desired FAQ.
I’d like a LINK that I can access a (div class) https://prnt.sc/
And that this link shows the FAQ open.
I installed the plugin (Page scroll to id)
to try and direct the link to access the desired FAQ.But if I use the formula [ps2id id = ‘test’ target = ” /] it does not work within a FAQ
And I would not want to use a plugin to do this !!!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Here is the screen http://prntscr.com/lxmh8g and http://prntscr.com/lxmhqx
You can assign a custom link like
yousite.com/#tag
Best Regards

caiohg123ParticipantIt worked, thank you.
But when I click the FAQ it appears closed.
Can I set the FAQ to be closed by default and only open when I access the custom ID link? And also when I access the custom ID link, the FAQ is getting behind my menu, can I change the position that it will appear in the custom link?

caiohg123ParticipantHello,
And also if I’m on a tab and trying to access the custom link from another tab does not work.
The custom link does not point to another tab that is linked.December 21, 2018 at 2:55 pm #97594
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Unfortunately, tabs do not have such an option. Tabs nature is clicking and when you assign a link it just leads to the place where an appropriate tab is.
Best Regards
