Link social media account on Green Topbar wrapp

How do i link the accounts on the FB and IG account beside WE ARE SOCIAL on the green top bar?

As we can see, you have added this text with a WordPress text widget. In this case, you can edit its code and wrap your icons with <a> tag with link to your accounts.
