Linked Variation Hide Color In Single Page

Most likely, you should hide the parent product with these swatches via Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products -> Hide variations parent. Thus, the parent product with these swatches will be hidden and on the Shop page will be only the Linked variation products.
