Linked variations – Show selected attribute name

Hi, I’ve enabled linked variations and I would like see the name of the selected attribute next to the attribute label on the product page. How do I do this?

I am afraid it is not possible to show both: attribute and item in the tooltip.

When you have the swatch it shows the attribute item only.
