I have the same problem in the logo too, when I resize the Safari window ( see screenshot )

I think that is a “LAZY LOADING” images; when I activate the LAZY LOADING the question mark icon disappears. This information could help you.

I resolved!

The problem was Webp images, they weren’t supported to Safari. I disabled Webp converter.
