We have an issue on the site with load more.
To reproduce the problem, go to this category for example: https://crownies.gr/product-category/papoutsia/
Click on More Please (Load more button)
Choose and click on any product, it takes you to Single product page, click on the browser arrow to go back.
It takes you to the footer and you’re supposed to click on Load More button again to see the products you were at before.
Can you please help me fix it so that it takes you back to the row in which the product you clicked was?
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
I checked your demo and it works the same way: https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/product-load-more/
Click Load more, click on a product at the bottom of the page to go to single product page, hit back, you need to click on Load more again to see the same product. This is not right. You should be taken back to the row where the product was.
Such is possible with the pagination but not with load more button. Actually you are on the same page, and when you are back you are back on the page not in the place. This is the nature of back action and our theme cannot influence or change it.
