Loading , Please Wait in Header Builder

Whenever try to change header use Woodmart -> Header Builder , it enter in infinite “Loading ,please wait” screen
I find this problem in your documentation and already try to clear cache and stop some plugins in my website but nothing happen ?!
How can I find solution to this problem ?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and update the theme so we can check it?

It seems to be some problem with your server configuration and it blocks AJAX requests to save the header https://gyazo.com/a3a63af3d6318e8cc699845d7bcfa892
Ask your hosting provider to investigate this from their side.
