Loading Speed Issue

Hi Guys,

Theme is loading really slow (10+ seconds) on shop pages etc, was going great but since woocommerce update/ theme update and additional plugin its slowed right down. Switching themes loads shop fast with the same plugins.

Seems could be an issue with theme and Woocommerce Measurement price calculator or YITH Dynamic pricing & discounts, as it really slows down when these are activated.

Are you guys able to taker a look?

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

Please, send us screenshots for loading time for all cases including using a standard WordPress theme and our WoodMart. Also, test both plugins to see which one causes this speed problem.

Attached speed tests with Woodmart against two other themes – Storefront & Divi with same plugins activated. they loading within a few seconds (woodmart 16 seconds! 🙂

Both plugins seem to have an issue with the theme and cause slowness (Woocommerce Measurement price calculator or YITH Dynamic pricing & discount) and when both activated really slow things down.

Try going to shop page and choosing categories from the shop header etc, takes awhile to change.

hoping these some help you can give, as need to use these plugins or something similar.
