    i wanna ask if i install woodmart in local host should i buy another LICENSE CERTIFICATE for my website , and how many times i’m able to use the LICENSE code ?
    and if it is possible to use multiple time for localhost (for example 15 times for wordpress on my local host? )

    You can activate your license twice: on the testing host and on a live host, provided it is one and the same site.
