    Hello,

I have used Loco Translate in the past, so I know how it works and how to load translations or manually add new ones.

Following the guide, I downloaded the Italian translation.
    Link: https://xtemos.com/glotpress/projects/woodmart/
I went to Loco Translate, uploaded it, synced, and saved without any apparent errors.

However, the translations do not take effect on the live part of the site.
I tried clearing the cache, reloading, and repeating the process, but nothing has changed.

How can I resolve this issue?
There are thousands of parts to translate, and some are impossible to do manually.

    Hello,

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woodmart-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Note:
    1. Custom (recommended)
    2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

    Ecco la traduzione in inglese:

    Hello Aizaz Imtiaz Awan,

I have already completed all these steps previously.
However, the translation is not being loaded.
Could you please take a look at this?

I can’t seem to resolve this situation. Otherwise, I will be forced to return the key and request a refund, as it is not feasible to manually translate every part of the site page by page without using Loco.

    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have set up the theme translation on the site, now the site is working with Italian translation. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache.

I noticed that you recently rated our theme on ThemeForest with a one-star review. I would like to kindly ask if you could consider updating your rating to five stars.

We are committed to promptly addressing all inquiries and providing support tickets. However, as we strive to assist every user, there may be instances where response times vary. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I appreciate your consideration, and I look forward to your response.

    Best Regards.

    Hello Aizaz,

I saw the translations a few days after your response. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reply immediately.
For a day, they were there, in place.
However, this morning, everything is back to needing translation.
All the translations are gone, and I need to re-enter them manually.
Compared to before, I noticed that if I edit the file, the change is saved and visible in the live view.

Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way forward. I don’t know what is causing this conflict, but it’s clear there’s an issue.
It’s as if the translations aren’t being saved.

There are over 5,000 entries to translate.
I don’t trust uploading the file from your database—the one I think you may have already uploaded—because I’m afraid it could break everything. Even though I have a backup, restoring everything would be a challenge, as I fear it might break again.

We haven’t updated any plugins, themes, or other elements.
We’ve only modified sections and prepared some things while waiting for the client’s photos to arrive.

Of course, I’ll update my review.
However, I initially thought the theme would be more straightforward.
Also, when importing the chosen template, it brought along a lot of elements that weren’t in the demo I reviewed.

Regarding the translation, do you have any advice?

    Hello,

No need to translate the theme manually, I have again translated the theme files on the site. But it is very strange that how the translation was removed automatically. It is impossible until anyone deletes the file or runs the site backup.

Now, everything is translated on the site and all the words are translated on the front end as well.

    Best Regards.
