login / register link redirection

its be default redirect to my account page sitename/my-account
i want to change it to sitename/#login

The slug is generated based on the page title. You need to create a new page, with the title you want to see and an appropriate slug would show and set this page as My account page.

My account page is the Woocommerce functionality and its customization is not covered by our support. If you need more considerable modifications please try to search for a plugin.
