Login/register problem

We need help with woocommerce. We tried to enable the option that is on attachment.

It is not displaying login/register page when when we finish the purchase.

When we try to finish the purchase, it’s display empty checkout page. It should show my account page. At least, login/register.

We wanted the login / registration page to appear before completing the purchase. When we activate the option you told us, it just appears blank. Any idea?

Have you checked the problem on the Storefront theme? Our theme does not influence the Woocommerce functionality.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

First of all, make sure you have My Account page properly configured. You can configure the page in Wooommerce > Settings > Accounts and privacy.

We just wanted this page was displayed when the user is finished the purchase. Instead of displaying this message:”You need to be logged in to complete the purchase.”

In Account and Privacy, you will find the option to allow customers to login just in the checkout or register in the process of the checkout. Please refer the Woocommerce documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/

Our theme does not have option to change the Woocommerce functionality. If you want to change it, you will have to find a plugin or customize/
