Login/Cart Position

1. I wanted to move the Login/Register + Shopping Cart widget into the top bar, replacing the menu that is currently there (HOME/BLOG)
2. Can I replace the Login/Register (or My Account/Log Out if youre logged in) with just a simple icon? For example just a little person icon. So it would look more like this: https://www.patmcgrath.com/
