logo doesnt change on shop page

hi,

I have set 2 types of logos so it changes if the visitor scrolls down a bit. it works perfectly on the main page, but as soon as I try to set the header to the shop page, it just doesnt want to change to the 2nd picture, instead it sqeezeing the original logo height.

am i doing something wrong or it is a bug kinda thing?
