Long Wait Time

Hello! I did a lot of tests on pingdom, and my site is taking almost 10 seconds to load in the maintenance page. The most part of time is spent with “Wait”, see the images.

Could you please test how it will work with default WordPress theme? Test some light page and check the time.

I desactivated the plugins and the woodcommerce and now the loading time is 2.42 seconds.

I have some questions.

1) Is possible to put a content after the tabs, just like at the image 1? Extra content block doesn’t work because I want the “Contact” session above “Related Products”.

2) Is possible to make a dropdown with attributes and attributes’ images?

I’m using the “prefooter” option, but the content stay below Related Products (IMAGE 02).

I want that the content stay over Related Products (Image 01 in the previous post)

Sorry, but it is not possible. Prefooter area is located right before footer and related products are connected to the product page content.

This is about previous question: “2) Is possible to make a dropdown with attributes and attributes’ images?”

I did an example, look at image attached “idea”.

I need this because i have a lot of attributes, look at image “my-site”.

Unfortunately, there is no such functionality in our theme too. We will consider adding it in the future.

You can use WooCommerce default dropdowns. But technically it is not possible to place blocks with color inside each option. It is not possible to do this with standard HTML select that used there.

I have some questions:

1) Is possible put a search bar below header on mobile?
2) In advanced header, is possible change the search box (marked on image attached) to login/user block?
3) In mobile,the top bar is only showing social widgets, and not the text on the left. What should I do to show the text instead social buttons?
4) Is possible to set different menu-links for mobile and desktop?

1. Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme.

2. It may require additional code customization to achieve this. Please, install a child theme and provide us your admin and FTP access. We will try to prepare a custom code for you.

3. We need an access to your website to fix this.

4. Sure, you can set different mobile menu in Appearance -> Menus.

6. Yes, you can disable categories menu in Theme Settings -> Header -> Categories.

7. We can prepare a custom CSS snippet for this.
